Responsibilities

  • Plan and supervise food preparation and culinary activities
  • Prepare the daily food production in different sections of the main kitchen.
  • Full responsibility for smooth running of the day to day pastry and bakery operations

Requirements:

  • Few years working relevant working experience
  • Strong leadership and team building skills, with solid experience with managing and training junior team members

Sommelier / Supervisor / Server

Responsibilities

  • Manage the running of bar, ensure licenses are updated and in line with current legislation
  • To make recommendation to guest for food ordering and wine pairing
  • To maintain a high level of hygiene and quality standard in according to the Michelin standards
  • Maintain an enjoyable atmosphere for patrons

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ solid experience in fine dining restaurant
  • Strong wine knowledge and stock control
  • Ability to develop and implement wine activities
  • Good communication, guest service and training skills

Guest Service Officer

Responsibilities

  • Provide high standard of services to customers
  • Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, greeting and attending to customers
  • Greets customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist in daily operations

Requirements:

  • 1 or 2 years working experience preferable in F&B industry
  • Good communication skill, passion and enjoy team work
