Job Description

  • Supervises and manages employees. Manages all daytoday operations.
  • Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant.
  • Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
  • Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
  • Handles guest problems and complaints.

 Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in F&B industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role, applicants with less experience will be considered as Restaurant Supervisor
  • Excellent in communication & interpersonal skill
  • Good command in spoken & written English & Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus but not required
  • Responsible and passionate in catering service
  • Good team player and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong in leadership & problemsolving skill
  • Good in decisionmaking, flexibility, and analytical skills
  • Innovative with a strong sense of Food and Beverage market trends
  • Permanent HKID Card Holder
  • Will be required to work weekends, and/or holidays
