Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and producing all food items and general kitchen operations
  • Ensure food production, quality and consistency are in accordance with recipes and standards

        

Requirements:

  • 5 years related experience in Steak & Pasta section
  • Certificate in recognized food handling / sanitation institution is highly preferred
  • Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented
  • A good team player with strong communication
  • Good spoken Cantonese
