Responsibilities
(Long Term Contract)
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for handling daily operations of restaurant booking center, including phone, online reservation and walk-in booking. He/ she will also handle F&B cash coupon, meal coupon for restaurants and food kiosks. Besides, he/she will be required to prepare daily activity plan.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Tourism and Hospitality or related disciplines
- With at least one year work experience, preferably in practical experience in hospitality or guest-oriented job in call centre environment
- Customer-oriented with pleasant manner
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Positive attitude with good communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, willing to work under pressure and independently
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Willing to work on shift duty and during the weekends
