Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the team at management office
  • To be responsible for general administrative duties, including handling correspondence, update record, answer customers' complaints
  • To provide logistical work for the head office and management office
  • To operate counter service
  • To perform duties as assigned by supervisor


  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • At least 1 years’ relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in MS office applications including Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded and able to work independently
