Job Description:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the hotel
  • Assist in operational & Human Resources functions
  • Prepare reports and data analysis
  • Handle operations documents and maintain proper documentation and filing system
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management
  • 2 years relevant working experience in administration preferably in hospitality industry
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
