Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop inbound and outbound communications plans including customer letters, EDM, on line collateral and email for relevant marketing initiatives
  • Develop, implement and manage media relations activities with appointed PR agency
  • Support and oversee the development of content on social media platforms & digital media to connect with existing clients and new customer base in an interactive manner
  • Manage the development and effective distribution of media releases through internal resources and agencies wherever applicable

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, language or relevant subject
  • At least 2 years of experience in Marketing Communications / Public Relations field, exposure in hotel or catering industry is a definite advantage
  • Excellent Chinese and English is a must
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to details, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Possess wide network with media and KOLs
  • Sound presentation skills, knowledge of production methods and logistics in graphic arts, printing, film, radio, television and new media channels
