IT Officer

Royal Park Hotel

Responsibilities:

  • Support all hotel computer system, including both software and hardware
  • Troubleshoot IT problems which arises during normal operation
  • Co-ordinate and follow-up with the service providers to ensure that the IT problems that reported by the user departments are satisfactory resolved
  • Ensure that the daily procedural functions as per the assigned work schedules
  • Any other assignments that may request by management from time to time

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience in technical support
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of network and server management
  • Ability to handle multi-task and interactive with diverse culture environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Office
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant IT Officer
