HR & Admin Assistant/Officer

Responsibilities:
Assist in all-round human resources and office administration functions
Back up receptionist when necessary
Perform in any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Associate Degree or above in Human Resources & Administration or relevant disciplines
Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Chinese Word Processing and HRMS
2 years' relevant experience in Human Resources is an advantage
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Associate
Immediate available is highly preferred
