DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve guest complaints and follow up on guest requests promptly according to the established standards
- Maintain the incident logbook with all pertinent and important events throughout the entire shift to keep a permanent record
- Oversee the VIPs guest process including, but not limited to, reviewing VIP reservation and ensuring smooth check-in/ check-out
- Resolve all guest complaints in a prompt and professional manner and in accordance with established service recovery guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction and return business
- Compile incident reports of staff and guests
- Completed Night Auditor Close Day Procedures and responsible for distributing the Morning Reports to the concerned departments on a daily basis
- Perform special duties as assigned by management
- Overnight duty is a must
QUALIFICATIONS
- Holder of Diploma or above in Hotel Management and well versed with Opera system
- Minimum 3 years ‘experience in the managerial level of Front Office
- Strong leadership with excellent communication skill
- Excellent command of both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Service-oriented and self-motivated. Able to work under pressure and handle guest complaint
- Sound knowledge in emergency case and complaint handling
