Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of 15 members for various meal periods and to drive operation efficiency
  • Formulate planning and carry out preparation for daily operations to ensure proper manpower and operating equipment are in place
  • Uphold service standard to ensure staff grooming,  outlet tidiness and operating equipment condition.
  • Assist Restaurant Manager in daily administration duty including inventory management, roster planning, leave management as well as casual labour requisition
  • Set up the al fresco areas for events / functions

Requirements:

  • With solid experience of 8 years in well-established hotel restaurants and / or upmarket catering group with at least 2 years in similar capacity
  • Solid exposure in Michelin Starred restaurants is a definite asset
  • With passion and commitment in driving service excellence and building rapport with guests
  • Willing to take extra step to complete the assignment in timely manner
  • Proficiency in English is a must
