Job Responsibilities
- Establish and develop long-term relationships and close partnerships with corporate clients to drive business growth along with business strategies and fulfill business targets;
- Monitor and handle renewal portfolios and secure major renewal cases;
- Assisting the team in client management including day-to-day enquires, after-sales support, report preparation and analysis;
- Explore potential business opportunities and handle business development projects;
- Liaise with internal and external parties to deliver smooth and effective workflow;
- Collect and gather client/agent’s feedback on the service quality and report to the management;
- Handle other duties/ projects as assigned;
- Handle customer inquiries and identify potential opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline;
- Minimum 2 years of sales / customer service experience;
- Experience in corporate business development, marketing and partnership management is highly preferred;
- Experience in medical, wellness and insurance fields would be an advantage;
- Customer-oriented with a proactive and good serving attitude;
- Presentable and strong in communication skills;
- Self-motivation with a strong will to learn;
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
