Responsibilities:
- Provide general clerical support, monitoring and managing office supplies (提供一般文書處理和管理辦公室用品)
- Perform the receptionist duties such as handling calls, greeting visitor(執行接待員工作, 如電話查詢, 接待訪客)
- Arrange and supervise the office assistants for daily operation (安排辦公室助理的日常工作)
- Manage the filing systems (管理檔案系統)
- Assist in organizing office events (協助組織辦公室活動)
- Ad hoc assignments (其他所需的臨時工作)
Requirements:
- HKCEE / DSE graduate or above (中五或以上)
- Familiar with MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing (熟悉Microsoft Office,如Word、Excel、PowerPoint及中文輸入法)
- Minimum of 1 years administrative work experience (最少1年行政工作經驗)
- A pleasant team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills who is willing to learn and able to work independently under pressure (具有良好的團隊合作精神,較強的溝通能力和人際交往能力,樂於學習,能夠在壓力下獨立工作)
Working Location: Tsing Yi (Shuttle Bus from Kwai Fong MTR station)
