What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and cook food according to the club's standard and guidelines from supervisors
  • Assist in preparation and portioning
  • Ensure the food hygiene & safety standard are achieved according to the HACCP requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Relevant experience in kitchen operations, preferably in the hotel or catering industry 
  • Basic knowledge of Western culinary techniques 
  • Basic knowledge of HACCP Standard
