Job Responsibilities:  

  • Ensure the F&B operation and practice complies with all food and hygiene standards set by Marriott and all local laws and legislations at all times
  • Act as coordinator between departments to improve effectiveness of all matters related to food hygiene, and to continuous improve and monitor the hygiene standards of the F&B Department
  • Conduct / organize hygiene related training to all concerned associates
  • Conduct daily hygiene inspections in kitchen and outlet areas, and prepare relevant reports
  • Perform administration duties for Kitchen operations and keep all food hygiene related documents
  • Plan, liaise and execute F&B promotion plans

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or degree holder in Food Science or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance in the field of food processing or catering, preferably in Hotel industry
  • Hands on experience in GMP and HACCP
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Cantonese as well as computer skills
  • Good communications, time management and multi-tasking skills
