Job Responsibilities

  • Assists Assistant Director of Rooms in administering front office functions and providing overall supervision to the team
  • To ensure guest and employee satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department
  • Implements the customer recognition/service program, communicating and ensuring the process
  • Interacts with customers on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction
  • Handles guest problems and complaints effectively
  • To provide on-the-job training to new colleagues
  • To be familiarize with all rooms location, hotel facilities and services

Requirements

  • Hotel school graduate with Higher Diploma or above is preferable
  • Minimum 8 years hotel related experience
  • Excellent leadership & hospitality skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Cantonese and fluent in Mandarin speaking
  • Shift duty is required
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Front Office Manager
