Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in procurement of office supplies, such as stationery and other office supplies ordering
  • Arrange various office services, such as office cleaning, mailing and office maintenance
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
  • Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions such as payroll calculation, staff movement, MPF administration and tax returns
  • Monitor and update staff leave records and attendance records
  • Maintain employee data in the HR System and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Diploma holder with a minimum 1 year of relevant Business Administrative / Human Resources working experience (Fresh graduates in Business Studies are also welcome)
  • Well-versed in MS applications and Chinese word typing.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
