  • Holder of Diploma or above in Hotel Management;
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in hotel operations;
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills;
  • Excellent leadership skills and should be able to supervise and train the team members;
  • Flexible and adaptable to different changes and have good decision making skills;
  • Strong sense of urgency and should be able to handle critical situations;
  • Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Overnight shift is required.
