Guest Experience Host (Front Desk Officer)

Looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all tasks from the Guest Experience checklist are completed on a daily basis. Send relevant information and reports (such as VIP) to the relevant department
  • To manage the flow of incoming calls and emails when required
  • To meet and greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner assisting with luggage handling, rooming, and transportation arrangements as appropriate.

Requirements: 
 

  • 1 years related hotel experience and preferable in Front Office
  • Knowledge of Opera System is preferred
  • Guest service oriented and good communication skills
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong interpersonal skills
