Reservations Agent

Job duties:

Takes and follows through on any reservation request with pleasantness and compatibility and carry out works by inputting all necessary information into computer.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Preferably hotel management graduates
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good computational skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
