What You’ll Do
- Handle general enquiries with accurate and timely information independently, including reply to incoming telephone calls, messages and emails
- Provide administrative & clerical support to a daily operation of the Reception team
- Proactively greet and engage Members and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide quality service to all Members and guests
- Promote and up-sell the club activities and products to Members
- Seldom act as a role of Hostess, including update Members’ bookings, manage Members’ reservations, and escort Members / guests to assigned tables
- Sort and distribute incoming mails
What You’ll Need
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Diploma holder in Food and Beverage / Catering Management or related discipline
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Willing to work on shift pattern
- On duty from 10:00am to 8:00pm
