Our restaurant is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, a new dining hub with a breath -taking Victoria Harbor view.

Job Descriptions:

  • Make kitchen operations is smooth
  • Ensure a high quality of food and high level of hygiene are maintained daily
  • Manage and train kitchen staff.
  • Develop recipes and menus.
  • Determine presentation plans.
  • Order and evaluate the quality of new food.
  • Help with financial planning and budgeting.

Job Requirements:

  • Formal training in F&B operations is highly preferred
  • 3 years of experience in hotel/club kitchen operations with 2 years of experience in kitchen management.
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of English and Cantonese.
