Event & Personal Assistant

MOISELLE

Responsibilities:

  • Arranges and organizes Deputy CEO’s daily schedule
  • Provide daily secretary support for Deputy CEO
  • Assist the execution of event programs
  • Assist with preparation of communication and public relation materials
  • Help on gather information and conduct research on each project to achieve quality event productions
  • Provide supports on administrative tasks and ad hoc tasks assigned by management 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder or equivalent, preferable in Business Administration, Event Management or other related fields
  • With at least 3 years working experience in serving Chairman/ CEO
  • Related working experience for public events/ charity activities are preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immediately available is a define advantage
