Job Description

  • Supervise a team to perform the operations to provide professional services in all services channels
  • Provide guidance and support to facilitate team members in service delivery
  • Deploy resources appropriately to meet service targets
  • Handle and resolve complaints and complex enquiries effectively
  • Make suggestion for any improvement in daily process
  • Maintain good customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Area Manager or Shop Manager

 

Job Requirement

  • Higher diploma or above
  • 5 years' relevant working experience in customer service with minimum 3 years in supervisory/team leader role
  • Open minded with strong interpersonal and and leadership skill
  • Detail-oriented with good organization and analytical skills
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Less experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive
