工作內容:
- 主動及獨立處理客戶日常查詢,透過WhatsApp群組及電話與客戶溝通
- 工作需處理數據輸入系統及向客戶確認數據資料
- 定期了解和更新客戶使用系統情況,與客戶保持良好關係
- 協助及參與上級委派的其他工作
- 處理緊急的臨時任務
要求:
- 中三或以上程度
- 流利粵語、一般英語
- 懂基本電腦操作,倉頡或速成中文打字
- 積極主動,具備良好溝通技巧和服務態度
- 擁有獨立解決問題的能力、有責任心、處事細心、良好態度及團隊精神
- 曾於客戶服務,電話營銷工作經驗者,數據輸入經驗者,具有網絡基礎知識優先

Responsibilities:
- Handling customers' daily enquiries independently by WhatsApp or phone
- Data entry and data confirmation with the customers
- Regular update and maintain good relationship with customers
- Assist and participate in tasks as assigned by superiors
- Handle ad-hoc work as assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Form 3 or above
- Fluent in Cantonese, good command of written Chinese
- Basic knowledge of PC
- Ability to solve problems independently and detail-oriented
- Proactive, with excellent communication skills and service attitude
- Experience in customer service/telemarketing is preferred
