The Role

The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:

  • Perform duties at the designated reception and manage all front desk activities
  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing courier packets arrangement
  • Handle full spectrum of stationeries and office supplies procurement and prepare monthly consumption report to all requisition departments
  • Monitor the inventory level of printing items and rechargeable batteries
  • Handle bookings for sports centre facilities and prepare monthly record for facilities usage
  • Carry out routine check on building facilities such as lighting and air-con system
  • Prepare copier meter reading summary on a monthly basis
  • Perform service back up for hotline and ad hoc projects as assigned

The Person

The idea candidate should have/be:

  • F.5 or DSE graduate or above
  • At least 2 years reception or clerical experience
  • With experience in facilities management and SAP system knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
