What You’ll Do

  • Handle general enquiries with accurate and timely information independently, including reply to incoming telephone calls, messages and emails
  • Provide administrative & clerical support to a daily operation of the Reception team
  • Proactively greet and engage Members and guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide quality service to all Members and guests
  • Promote and up-sell the club activities and products to Members
  • Seldom act as a role of Hostess, including update Members’ bookings, manage Members’ reservations, and escort Members / guests to assigned tables
  • Sort and distribute incoming mails

What You’ll Need

  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Diploma holder in Food and Beverage / Catering Management or related discipline
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Willing to work on shift pattern
  • On duty from 10:00am to 8:00pm
