Responsibilities:
- To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchens
- Assist the Executive Chef in supervising the operation of kitchen, maintain good quality of food production
- Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchens
- Ensure that the service of food is completely to members satisfaction and to the standard required by the company
- Striving to delight our members and guests each and every time
Requirements
- At least 3 years relevant experience in which exposure in a leadership role will be a bonus
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated, responsible and multitasking ability
- Organised and can organise others
- Good team player and able to work under pressure
