Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchens
  • Assist the Executive Chef in supervising the operation of kitchen, maintain good quality of food production
  • Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchens
  • Ensure that the service of food is completely to members satisfaction and to the standard required by the company
  • Striving to delight our members and guests each and every time

Requirements

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in which exposure in a leadership role will be a bonus
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, responsible and multitasking ability
  • Organised and can organise others
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure

Working location

  • Deep Water Bay
