Job Description:
- Responsible for full range of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, C&B, taxation etc.;
- Responsible for payroll calculation, update and maintain personnel, leave and attendance records in the HR Management System;
- Handling employee enquiries on general HR matter
- Handling employment disputes and following Labour Department relevant document and case;
- Other ad hoc projects assigned by management
Requirements:
- Holder of Diploma / Degree holder in HR or related disciplines
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
- Able to handle staff EC cases
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Words, Excel & PowerPoint
- Well organized, mature, good communication & interpersonal skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant.
