What You'll Do

• Provide a high quality of food and beverage services to Members and guests in line with the Club's requirements
• Ensure assigned mise-en-place are followed to the Club’s standard and completed as per schedule
• Ensure the food hygiene & safety standard are achieved according to the HACCP requirements

What You'll Need

• Certificate or above in Catering Management, Hotel Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in hospitality industry, preferably in luxury club or hotel
• Solid knowledge of food and beverage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, well-organised, self-motivated with good time management
• Passionate with keen interest in five-star F&B service standards
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Waiter / Waitress
