  • You will be responsible, on a day-to-day basis to assist the Restaurant Manager in the management and optimisation of the Restaurant.
  • You need to possess 3 years or above solid experience at supervisory level in the hotel or catering field.
  • A flexible approach, good communications skills and tactfulness in handling relations with guests of all nationalities are essential.
  • Fluency in Chinese & English, both written and spoken, is required.
