What is your mission?

• You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
• Provide excellent customer experience by voice call/ email/ live chat 
• Identify and analyze customers’ issues and provide solutions to resolve their needs.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
• Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

• School Certificate or above
• Experience in customer service or related sector is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English
