Assistant Restaurant Manager - All Day Dining

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the Academy and are individually profitable
  • To provide the highest standard of personalized service to our customers including making recommendations on food and wine, responding to customers’ requests, comments and suggestions
  • To participate in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to staff
  • To monitor and keep close control on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues
  • To explore any marketing opportunities to increase awareness and ultimately business
  • To prepare various analysis or report on sale figure for management review
  • To work closely with different internal department and pursue timely and effective communication
  • To assist in outlet development and other ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years solid supervisory experience in operations management in Food Beverage industry
  • Preferably full-service restaurant management experience in all day dining, room service and/ or fine dining restaurant
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient in POS, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
