Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for all round office administrative and clerical support
- Handle invoice payment, bills payment, expense report
- Assist in inventory management
- Participate in any ad-hoc projects
- 5 days work week, Monday to Friday (NO OT is required)
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Experience in office administration is an advantage
- Proactive, flexible and detail-minded
- Able to work independently and with strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- LCCI Level 1 is preferred
- Immediate available is preferred
