Job Responsibilities
Handle and process all kind of reservations in a timely manner.
Assist and advise guests on promotional offers and general query.
Handle incoming guests' phone calls and inquiries for room reservations.
Provide accurate and updated reservation records.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma Holder in Hospitality or Tourism Management or related disciplines is preferred.
1 year experience in hotel reservations or front office is preferred.
Knowledge in Opera system would be an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
