Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operations efficiency, marketing strategy and profitability
  • Keep awareness of market trend, practice and equipment in the up-market restaurant and bar operations and catering establishment
  • Strive for continuous improvement on the service standard, product quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in Hospitality or Catering Management
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar capacity of supervisory level
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
