Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager - (Rooms sales)


Job Descriptions:

  • Identify potential business opportunities for rooms revenue, events and catering sales
  • Maintain strong and professional relationship with clients
  • Participate in the preparation and planning of the departmental annual budget and goals
  • Manage all correspondences from proposal, contracting and other necessary departmental papers
  • Monitor the logistic deployment plan after project confirmed and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder in hotel management or related disciplines
  • 5 years + of work experience in Rooms/ Event Sales in hotel industry
  • A strong market sense, quality and result-oriented outlook
  • Self-motivated and creative with excellent leadership skills, and able to make sales and manage costs effectively
  • Well organized & good at planning
  • Proven sales record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet & events knowledge
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
