Responsibilities:
- Deliver an extraordinary bar and dining experience to our patrons
- Engage with patrons and deliver excellent service with professional beverage recommendations
- Carry out monthly inventory stock take and make purchase request for all beverage items replenishment to maintain stock level
- Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the bar counters
- Assistant Bar Manager to supervise the Bar team members and ensure the smooth running of daily operation
- Taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets and monitoring costs of the bar counters
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager in creating wine & beverage lists to attract a predetermined market segment
- Planning and taking part in promotional events
- Create beverage and cocktails recipe with Bar Manager
**Candidate with less experience will be considered as Bartender **
Requirements:
- At least 3 years Bar Management experience or in similar capacity
- Relevant working experience preferably in a trendy and high-end upscale bar & restaurant
- Good command in spoken English and preferably in Mandarin / Cantonese communication
- Passionate in customer service and hospitality industry
- With wine & beverage certificate or relevant certificate will be an advantage
