Job Description:
Perform reception and customer service duties including appointment arrangement, answer phone calls
Assist in handling HR operations duties including recruitment (eg.Job Ads posting, scheduling interviews…etc)
Organising and submitting reports on general recruitment and staff attendance to Manager
Assist in administrative work and arranging company events & activities, also meeting/briefing.
Responsible for assisting outdoor support/ Field works in occasion.
Provide clerical support: data entry, updates & issuing internal announcement etc.
Provide daily office/shop operation support (eg. Answering staffs& customers enquiries/ appointment making..etc
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
