As a Guest Services Manager, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel
  • Promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities
  • Must be fully conversant with emergency evacuation and fire procedures and ensuring all uniformed staffs are aware of these procedures
  • Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems
  • Ensures VIPs and priority club guests receive special attention

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
  • 5 years experiences in front office / guest services or related discipline with minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Result-oriented strategic thinker with acute marketing sense
  • Possess sophisticated interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and communication skills
  • Overnight allowance is entitled to overnight shift
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Manager
