Restaurant Manager - The Tai Pan

We are looking for Restaurant Manager - The Tai Pan who are energetic and passionate about hospitality and would love to be a part of meticulous team at the Murray.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Supervise the team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services
• Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements in line with maximizing guest satisfaction
• Assist in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of operating equipment and other assets
• Oversee the preparation and posting of weekly work schedules to make sure that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators
