Job Highlights

- Admin Support to Sales & Marketing Department

 -Sales Forecast, Sales Order, Cost Review

- Account Management

 

Responsibilities:

- Provides administrative support to Sales & Marketing Department to ensure efficient operation and to provide procedural training to new Sales & Marketing staff

- Work with Sales Administration Team for Sales Forecast updates and analysis

- Account Management of business partners

- Process Sales Orders and follow up new project development

- Prepare Sales Analysis per customer, product category and SKU

- Work on regular cost review and quantity break

 

Requirements:

- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

- At least 3 years of relevant experience

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Good Command of English and Chinese

- Immediate available is highly preferred
