Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Assist in network provider and panel medical services support
  • Negotiate and communication with Insurance Company for claims cases
  • Answer claims inquiries and providing high quality service to our clients
  • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties
  • Provide quality customer services to our customers

Requirements:

  • F.5/DSE or above
  • Qualified license of IIQE - Paper 1 & Paper 2
  • Experience at customer services/ insurance/ medical industry with 2 years or above
  • Experience in handling of medical pre-approval is an advantage
  • Excellent customer services skill experience; self-motivated and good team player
  • Be proactive and able to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English/ Mandarin
  • Working Location: Sheung Wan
